2. Products & Services
We sell Conex shipping containers in multiple condition categories, including:
- As-Is
- Wind & Water Tight (WWT)
- Cargo-Worthy (CW)
- New / One-Trip
All units are subject to availability and are sold first-come, first-served.
3. Condition Disclosure
Containers are sold “as-is” unless otherwise specified in writing. Buyers are encouraged to inspect containers or request photos before purchase. We do not guarantee cosmetic condition, previous use or future performance.
4. Delivery & Acceptance
Delivery terms and charges are confirmed with each order. Some advertised prices include standard local delivery when specifically stated. Once a container is delivered to the location designated by the buyer or picked up:
- The sale is considered final
- The container is deemed accepted and in the buyer's possession
- No refunds, exchanges or claims will be accepted unless the container materially differs from what was agreed to in writing
5. Payments
Available payment methods are confirmed with the order and may include cash, check and approved electronic or card payments. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are:
- Final and non-refundable
- Due in full before delivery is scheduled
- Subject to verification before release of product
6. Warranties
A one-year warranty applies when it is included in the written quote or order confirmation. Except for a warranty expressly provided in writing, containers are sold without other express or implied warranties, including warranties of fitness, merchantability or suitability for a specific use.
7. Risk of Loss
Once delivered or made available for pickup, all risk of loss or damage becomes the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for post-delivery damage caused by ground instability, relocation or improper unloading.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Delivery delays, depot issues or weather impacts
- Cosmetic or surface-rust conditions
- Incidental or consequential damages resulting from use or non-use
9. Non-Dispute / Chargeback Waiver
By making a purchase, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute unless the transaction was truly unauthorized. Delivery constitutes full acceptance. You agree to resolve issues directly with us and to reimburse RT60 Container for costs related to improper disputes, including legal fees and chargeback penalties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia. All disputes will be handled in Cabell County, West Virginia.
