These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the above websites (collectively, the “Site”) and apply to all inquiries, purchases, and transactions related to container sales. By using the Site, placing an order, or submitting payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

We sell Conex shipping containers in multiple condition categories, including:

• As-Is
• Wind & Water Tight (WWT)
• Cargo-Worthy (CW)
• New/One-Trip

All units are subject to availability and are sold first-come, first-served.

Containers are sold “as-is” unless otherwise specified in writing. Buyers are encouraged to inspect containers or request photos prior to purchase. We do not guarantee cosmetic condition, previous use, or future performance.

We offer delivery services for an additional fee.
Once a container is delivered to the location designated by the buyer or picked up:

• The sale is considered final
• The container is deemed accepted and in the buyer’s possession
• No refunds, exchanges, or claims will be accepted unless the container materially differs from what was agreed to in writing
  

We accept secure online payments by credit or debit card.
All payments are:

• Final and non-refundable
• Due in full before delivery is scheduled
• Subject to verification before release of product
  

All containers are sold without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant the fitness, merchantability, or suitability of containers for specific uses.

Once delivered or made available for pickup, all risk of loss or damage becomes the buyer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for post-delivery damage due to ground instability, relocation, or improper unloading.

We are not liable for:

• Delivery delays, depot issues, or weather impacts
• Cosmetic or surface rust conditions
• Incidental or consequential damages resulting from use or non-use
  

By making a purchase, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute unless the transaction was truly unauthorized.
Delivery constitutes full acceptance.
You agree to resolve any issues directly with us and to reimburse RT 60 Container for all costs related to improper disputes, including legal fees and chargeback penalties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia. All disputes will be handled in Cabell County, WV.
